Please add a reboot option in the ZBBrigge-U menu. I have 9 devices linked to a ZBBrigge-U in another city and all the devices are unresponsive and displaying the last known state in the app. The device is connected via Ethernet to the router, so no wi-fi issues. It seems that a restart is all I can do to make it to comunicate again.
I solved the same problem with my mother, her ZBBridgePro also disconnects. I connected it to the S26 socket, which I turn OFF and ON remotely. It is even better to use the S60 socket and set Inching, it will turn itself ON after turning OFF. But that’s a detour again, a restart on the set day and time would be nice.
Yeah, thanks. I do have an S60 at that location, which I used for controlling a fridge. Since the fridge has always been on lately, I can repurpose that smart plug to reset the ZBBrige-U occasionally. However, as that is a waste of resources, I can only hope to be a temporary fix until the dev team adds a reboot option on another firmware version.
Do you have any special settings on your router? And can you tell us your router brand?
Please add reboot option to Zbbridge-P also.
No, the router is pretty much on default settings as I do not need for the time beeing much security options on that location. Make and model is: Huawei OptiXstar K562e
Today I have arrived at the location of the ZBBridge-U. At first I have rebooted the router but it had no impact on the responsiveness of the TRV’s. After that I have rebooted the ZBBridge-U and all 3TRV’s became responsive and could change state but all 5 SNZB 02P sensors and the SNZB 05P remained with the last known data (from 25th of December) and after waiting one hour for refreshing which never happened, I had to manually make every sensor to connect by using the Pairing button. After the fist press the red LED stayed on for 5sec and then went off, the second press confirmed link with two quick blinks. This is worrying me because I rely on those sensors for antifreeze functionality. I can make the Bridge to reboot by controlling the power supply or maybe you will add a manual reboot option on a future firmware, but if the ZBBridge-U cannot resume the communication with the sensors without manual input, their use is very limited on a system which you cannot access frequently. Please try to address these shortcomings.
Data reporting would usually be done when exceeding a threshold. I’m not sure if this is the case. If not, please submit a support ticket on the eWeLink app for troubleshooting.
Only that sending a ticket does not work. After completing everything, when I hit Send it returns the message “Could not transmit. Please return later”. And I am a Premium user. Not a great app…
I don’t know if this would work for you but the same happened to me and i could send my message by disabling wifi and sending my ticket through phone 4g. Give it a try.
Thanks for trying.
That’s not a good signal, as there could be connection issues between your home network and eWeLink servers, explaining your issue with ZBBridge-U.

It’s a third-party site to track eWeLink server status, if all show green, it’s more likely an issue from your local network or ISP. Will the ticket be submitted through cellular data as @Il_Marco suggested?
