hi is any one have this problem, cast all devices is grey, but in ewelink all working i restart Zigbee bridge ultra and he remove from 40 devices, 30 and live only 10. now i need all setup again.
Not the case on the iHost. I don’t have have a Zigbee bridge ultra to test. Sometimes the iHost logs me off eWeLink out so wifi devices disappear and Zigbee stays, but the iHost is a local only device: maybe being logged in is more important to the Ultra.
i don’t know what is happened, i don’t use ihost. i use cloud but if cloud is not working or internet is off still zigbee ultra normally work with all zigbee devices offline. all automations still working. but today first time after reboot bridge ultra he remove devices

newer they disappeared before, i spend 3h yesterday to add all devices back, like zbminir2 is hiden i need accessing to everyone to pairing, is that options pressing 5 to 10 times external button working for turn on pairing mode? and if i remember ihost have options to do backup maybe on zigbee bridge ultra or on ewelink app be a good options to do backup mode or on web.ewwlink.cc in situation like that will help a lot.
Adding that message extra after around 12h when i add all devices back again with out touch is remove one of device what yesterday is stay connected when all this happened, then 10min later remove another device. looks like Zigbee bridge ultra have some problem after reboot some coding is faulted and everywhere what i found suggesting me factory reset and add all again if problem still will happened then ZB B Ultra is faulty and need replacing, have less then 1 Year. possible last update could have some bags.
The only thing I occasionally notice is a loss of connection between ZigBee devices and the ZBBridge-P.
The ZBBridge-P seems to be working all the time, but all devices lose connection, and even after several hours, nothing reconnects. It’s as if there’s an internal firmware bug, and only a power reset helps.
But it doesn’t erase any settings or devices… I don’t have the “U” version.
is a first time problem like that but i think is possible of last update problem because same is with external sensors i replace battery twice in 2 weeks and still i received message sensor lost connection and is removed from radiator thermostat and few sec later another message is connected back, i have on 9 radiator like that. I set similar setup in my friends house and he have same messages. i don’t know how to report that to sonoff is a problem after last update on Zigbee bridge ultra.
If you are talking about external temperature sensors linked to TRVZBs and you have ZBBridge-U bridge, this is a known bug that will be solved in the next ZBBridge-U firmware update.

Does ZBU let you save the Zigbee network like the iHost does?
no is not allowed to do that but if will allow it will help a lot.
same if is any problem with update will be good if is allow to go back to previous version of software till they fix and give next update.
I doubt it is that complicated to allow saving from a ZHU as long as it has a web interface as the code exists already for the iHost and there is standard Zigbee network file on GitHub. You could then backup all your Zigbee devices, although mine have never disappeared. Occasionally one gets orphaned from the mesh and needs re-pairing but generally no. if I lose lots it is wifi and I now know to re-login.
I regularly experience outages of shared devices in ewelink. I don’t know what the matter bridge is when it doesn’t work anymore.
matter dont work correctly, i try to add my ZBU to Smart life and all my devices can go there, but if i connect ZB from smart life devices is not comming to ewelink app but i setup in my familly and they use ZBU use matter to connect to Apple Home and working perfect. that why i think having ZBU on ewelink is good but to be work good that secound system need have good support with ewelink
