In the attached video I demonstrate that there is no live broadcast. I turn the light on and off, but the picture does not change. Because of this flaw, all the charm of this innovation = 0. I also do not understand why cam slim 2 is displayed, but the older version is not.
Hi there, the image you’re seeing isn’t a live feed. It’s actually the last frame you viewed. It was introduced with the Cam Slim 2’s latest firmware, while older models simply haven’t received that firmware update.
I did not update the camera. This appeared after the program update 5.18.0. I do not want to offend anyone, but if in the future there is no live broadcast, then this decision is extremely idiotic !!! Now the camera simply takes up much more space.
Hi I apologize for the confusion — you’re right. The feature was introduced in v5.18.0, not through any firmware update.
Switching the device list to a grid layout (instead of list view) should prevent this display from occurring. Regarding your feedback, I’ll be forwarding it to the team.
