Ewelink android app sees camera is online(camera app) and also receives motion notifications. But ewelink app fails to show live feed from camera.
Previously live feed was fine and showed option for choosing which camera from the phone to dislay as well as HDR and SD/HD. Since trying dark mode on the app the camera viewing options are simplified and I’ve experience this issue which shows a black screen with “trying to connect…” followed by “check camera is on-line”. At all times camera is showing as connected in the device summary page. Help please!
please try logging out of both apps and logging back in to see if the connection is restored.
