Camera app do not work

According to the ewelink camera app my camera is online, but in the ewelink app it is also online and I cant see the video.

Hi there, is the WiFi network stable enough? You will be able to view the live video when the camera App is stably connected to the network. By the way, how often does it occur?

The same problem since Dec. 27. morning.
In the ewelink app, the message ‘Connecting to device, please wait…’ is constantly on the screen.
It worked fine before.
Restarted both devices. Also both have the latest version of the app.
