Hello, I just asked a question like many other users do about various situations. I wanted to know how to turn off this green light that turned on by itself. Is it a malfunction of the equipment?
If you don’t know how to turn it off, you should really suggest seeking assistance by opening a support ticket, rather than telling me this is not the right place to ask such questions when the forum is full of similar situations.
But for now, it’s not too serious because out of all my 40 devices from this brand, only this one has this problem.

Hello, so that green light is a hardware issue. I thought it was a new feature, which is why I asked about turning it off.

Does anyone know or know how to manage this new feature where this green light appears as shown in the photo above. You can change the colour where can I control this new feature?. Do you know? Or is it a hardware defect… but if you can change the colour, it’s a great feature. I just don’t know where to control it
