Hi just to make everyone aware that we have noticed for every TRVZB on our system that was in ‘OFF (Frost Protection)’ mode before ‘Create Backup’ was activated the valves were in ‘AUTO’ mode on completion of creating the backup. We don’t see this as a fault but it would be good practice to check that your devices after creating a back up are set as they were before.
