I use TRVZB and lately I have had strange behavior with the external sensor function. For example, sensor 1 is selected but the temperature is displayed according to sensor 2. The change occurs without any intervention, and it cannot be changed, it reports an error. Then the situation returns back by itself.

i have the same problem. pls resolve it

So far, only removing and re-pairing the Head has helped me. I have forwarded the information to technical support.

  1. Set the temperature to off.
  2. Press the button to turn on pairing
  3. Search for new ZB devices in the application.
