Regarding this, could you record a video showing exactly what happens? For example, do you see all devices go offline in the eWeLink app, and then after tapping the screen, they all come back online? Please submit the NSPanel Pro logs right after recording the video.

Also, I’ve reviewed the previous logs. The water sensor you mentioned has a very poor Zigbee signal. Please try to avoid obstacles between the device and the gateway, and avoid placing the device in a corner (which can affect Zigbee signal range).

Sorry, I need to ask for clarification: after syncing your device with the eWeLink app, do the devices show as unavailable in the app? (All devices?) Are iHost, NSPanel Pro, and your phone on the same local network? Is the eWeLink app the latest version 5.24.0? If you confirm they are on the same network, please submit both the app logs and the NSPanel Pro logs. Thanks again for your cooperation.

All devices are on the same network and I am using the latest version of ewelink. The bridge creation is fine but NSPP and Ewelink show all devices as unavailable.

Zigbee buttons that are unavailable when pressed will show an event in NSPP and ewelink applications.

I sent logs with NSPP yesterday. Device ID: 100265651a

Personally, I think you’ll never solve it. Because it’s been going on for too long.

Yes I received a device offline for the water sensors and opening the app all devices were offline. If I tap on the screen they quickly get back online. I also seen that it happens almost every day at the same time

Based on the logs, I noticed that your NSPanel Pro went offline around this time as well. May I ask if the network was particularly congested during that period (for example, many connected devices such as phones, computers, etc., compared to other times)? Additionally, would you be willing to test whether this issue still occurs when the screen is set to never turn off? If you notice that it doesn’t go offline when the screen is on, please submit the logs promptly.

Hello, the network is stable and all other devices had no issue. The connectivity is good and at the time mostly unused.

I just set the panel to never turn off the display. I’ll let you know.

What’s interesting is that I have 40 wifi devices on the network and they all work normally, only NSPP 80/120 having problems.

Hello

With the screen always on it works without issues. I received the 4.4.6. I am setting the display timeout back tonthe previous to check if the new version works better

No way. A few hours after the screen was able to turn off it happened again: all devices went offline.

Do you mean that when the screen is on, the NSPanel Pro’s WiFi doesn’t disconnect? Have you submitted the latest logs? If not, please test it again and submit the logs (since logs are only retained for 2 days). Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes if the screen is always on i don’t see my ZigBee device disconnect. I just sent the logs.

I am upgrading to 4.5.0. Will it fix the issue?

Hi, v4.5.0 does not include any changes related to Wi-Fi. Regarding your previous feedback, we are still investigating possible causes (once confirmed, I will promptly push a new targeted version to your device). However, 4.5.0 does update other features, so you can upgrade to the latest version if needed.
