Thermo plugin problem

I have 2 houses, and I have used thermo plugin in one of my houses without any problem. But now I’m at my winter house and I want to use the plugin to control my heating system but I can’t set up thermo plugin, I can choose sensor but it doesn’t see any actuator devices. Please help!
