Sonoff representatives, how is it that the new device is worse at detecting people than the old version? It’s simply awful!!! It only responds to large movements and large objects. I’ve set everything to maximum in the settings, but there are no positive results. At a distance of 2.5 meters, it only responds to vigorous hand movements. Can this be fixed with firmware, and when can we expect it, or is it a hardware issue?
