TH16 controlling hot water

My TH16 controlling my hot water tank works well

Turns on automatically at lower than 50deg then off at 56deg

My Power company has told me we get cheaper power between 11pm and 7am plus between 1pm and 3pm

There is only 1 time choice

Is there any way of having it off outside those hours and on Auto within those hours?
