What exactly does that mean?
When are the time if sunset/sunrise at any location; then action like on/off one light.
All devices or any smart system can do without problems.
If you’re using Node-red on your iHost there is at least one node, that I know of,
node-red-contrib-suncron
that can give any sort of solar event.
If you prefer to set up scenes in iHost rather than Node-red then create a virtual light in the eWelink Cube node and set that to sync with whatever event e.g. Nautical Twilight that you want. This device will be your trigger.

The best method that works offline in real time. Is to connect a twilight sensor to minir4. Depending on the state of minir4 (on/off) you can build any scenes.
