Subscription priblem

Hi. I paid for subscription but when I do trying use camera app show me information about haven’t got subscription paid. How I can solve this problem thanks

How did you pay?
What do you see at the top of the Profile page in the normale eWeLink app? Does it say you have eWeLink Advanced? Or eWeLink Free?
Did you sign in with the same account at the eWeLink Camera app?

I hate that I had to pay last year without being informed.
I had bought several SONOFF sockets without a subscription and suddenly, 2 years ago, I had to pay an annual Ewelink subscription. I’m not out 10€/year but I hate the process. I changed all my outlets.
