With latest zbbridge-u v2.2.0 update snzb-02 external temperature sensors keep disconnecting. Same old bug here again. Anyone had the same problem?

Did this issue occur in previous firmware versions, or did it start happening frequently only after upgrading to v2.2.0?

Could you please provide the firmware version and device ID of the SNZB‑02 device? (You can find these in the device details page of the eWeLink App.)

In the meantime, please submit the logs via the eWeLink App: go to “Me” → “Feedback”, select the corresponding ZBBridge-U device, and make sure to check the “Upload logs” option. After submitting, please let us know the approximate time of submission, so that our technical team can further investigate the issue using the system logs.
