Sound Alarm Activation on cameras with Device/Webhook Trigger

Dear eWeLink Support Team,

I am a regular user of your eWeLink cameras (GK-200MP2-B) and I am extremely satisfied with their performance. However, I have a feature request that I believe would greatly enhance the functionality and user experience of your products.

I would like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows the sound alarm on the eWeLink cameras to be activated when another device is triggered or when a webhook is sent. This would provide an additional layer of security and automation, making the cameras even more versatile and useful.

For instance, if a door sensor is triggered or a specific webhook is received, the camera’s alarm could be activated automatically. This would not only alert the household but also potentially deter any unwanted visitors.

I understand that implementing new features can be a complex process, but I believe that this addition would be greatly appreciated by many users, including myself. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this suggestion.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you enjoy our cameras. We’ll consider this feature in our next scene ability upgrade. However, we can’t guarantee it will come, as it depends on the hardware and firmware support of the device.
