Since I updated to 1.10.0 firmware, the non-sonoff connected devices (TRETAKT plugs) cannot be controlled over matter by my apple home or home assistant.
I apologize for the inconvenience! I have learned from the product team that in previous versions, we had restrictions on adding devices from other brands, allowing only SONOFF-branded devices and some IKEA devices. Since there were no restrictions on IKEA brand models, users were able to add other IKEA devices successfully, which led to some compatibility issues.
In version 1.9.0, we implemented model restrictions, which is why users are unable to use those devices in the latest version. In the next version (V1.11.0), we plan to lift the brand restrictions, and this device will be able to be added.

Thank you for the reply. The IKEA devices are connected to the hub and controllable via the app. They are visible in home assistant and apple home but are not controllable.
I initially wanted to buy the ultra version but until it has the same support as the pro version, it’s just an overpriced paperweight.
