Hi, my Mom home has at home heating floors installed in some divisions of the house.
I would like to IoT them, but it has some characteristic like the temperature floor sensor.
It can keep minimum temperature and max temperature based on the flooR sensor with different scheduler.
It are being controlled by this:

Any sonoff product that can does the same as this heating floor control?
You have not said if your Mother’s underfloor is heated with electricity mats or hot water pipes. Usually the underfloor heating sensor in this type of system is a Thermistor (Negative Temperature Coefficient Resistor) so as to ensure that floor surface does not get too hot or cause damage to tiles or flooring. I am not aware of any Sonoff device that can interface with this type of sensor. They do manufacture Temperature and Humidity switching devices eg TH10/ TH16 that you may be able to integrate with your Mother’s existing thermostat, but it would not be a very elegant solution. I think that for your requirement it will be better to use a Thermostat such as the FENIX TFT WIFI that will interface with your underfloor sensors. I will post a link to the product.

I have checked FENIX products and other brands like Tuya after searching with keywords wifi underflower heating controller…
@Sonoff Staff, are you thinking create/develop something similar to operate heating floors with sonoff products?
