The eWeLink CUBE Version 2.13.0 shown in your screenshot is the current latest system version for iHost. On iHost, the “eWeLink CUBE software version” and the “device firmware” are essentially the same concept – system updates are applied as a whole. Updating eWeLink CUBE means the entire iHost system has been updated, and there is no separate “hardware firmware” that needs to be updated independently.
You don’t need to take any additional action. As long as your interface shows 2.13.0, your iHost is already up to date.
Ha, you’re absolutely right! I had 2.13.0 on the brain and got ahead of myself – sorry about that! The great news is that 2.13.0 actually dropped on August 10, so go ahead and update to the latest version!
This iHost recently updated to eWeLink Cube ver 2.13.0 without any problems but for the last few hours the settings icon shows a red dot indicating another update is available but ‘Download interrupted…0%’ is now being displayed as shown in the screen movie shot.
The update to ver 2.13.0 is also causing problems with IKEA VAALHHORN Zigbee Motion/ Light Level Sensors- Battery Condition ‘Unknown %’ and no value for Light Level. I’m sure that they will resolve all of the issues…eventually.

We have recently released a hotfix package, version 2.13.1, which addresses the issue where the measured values or statuses of some sensor devices were displayed as “unknown” or “–”.
Regarding the Matter pairing issue you reported, this error type is relatively uncommon, and we have not been able to reproduce it so far. We are currently investigating it. We will notify you as soon as we have any progress.

This is starting to concern me, when we started the ticket (274710) a month ago the difficulty was in pairing, with the 110044 error. Then all paired Matter devices became inoperative, and now I cannot pair them at all.
Was great then to see the Alpstuga sensor displaying all values in iHost, but I tried to re-pair now and it’s impossible. Sent you screenshots by DM.
Miao-- Yes version 2.13.1 has now downloaded and installed. It has resolved the issue with Battery condition ‘Unknown %’ and light level ‘-- lux’ for IKEA VAALHORN Zigbee Motion/ Light Sensors. Thank you.
