Hi Guys, I’m having some issue showing my ewelink devices on sequematic.
It shows some. but not all. I already refreshed the ewelink on sequematic. removed, added again. But same issue. Not showing some devices
Contacted sequematic support that answer this
"When you log in to SEQUEmatic, it automatically refreshes the list of devices from eWeLink. All devices that eWeLink send to SEQUEmatic are then displayed in your account. There is no filtering applied in SEQUEmatic, so if any devices are missing this is because eWeLink does not provide details of those devices.
You’ll need to contact eWeLink to understand why these devices are available."
However, we don’t have official support for the platform at the moment and are unaware of the integration. If SEQUEmatic developed the integration using eWeLink OpenAPI, they should have more information on the issue.
But for example I have 5 NSPanel and just one is being showed on sequematic… strange to troubleshoot. All with last version

It should be the developer to investigate the issue and submit a ticket if necessary. We don’t know how the third party integration was developed.
First of all: the dropdown list has a limited number of fields.
Secondly, some new devices such as sonoffmini R4 are not in the list anyway. I got the answer that these are minor differences in APi.
if you have an older device, try to move it to the first places in the ewelink application so that it can be seen in the list
HI spoustaml, I moved one of th NSPanel that need to the top, refreshed on sequematic and is there. Seems some limitation as you said. But I think that all devices should appear and not just some. Anyway sequematic team answered and they will take a look after they come back from holiday
I got NSPanel on sequematic but isn’t turning on or off the lights … and just appear one switch. NSPanels has 2. Even if I force to run sequence doesn’t turno on or off. Maybe another issue
Hi, as I write these words I also observe a problem, namely I am not able to link ewelink account to sequematic and as a result devices will not be visible/working.
You can write a query to sequematic whether they observe any problem.
If the situation does not improve within 24/48 hours it will mean a bigger problem and shifting responsibility between ewelink and sequematic whose fault it is.
