Hi, the connection between the SEQUEMATIC service and my ewelik account has stopped working.

First all associated devices were lost and when I restored the account nothing changed. Then I logged out and tried to log in again and it doesn’t work anymore. Does anyone have the same problem?

…as I write these words I also observe a problem, namely I am not able to link ewelink account to sequematic and as a result devices will not be visible/working.

You can write a query to sequematic whether they observe any problem.

If the situation does not improve within 24/48 hours it will mean a bigger problem and shifting responsibility between ewelink and sequematic whose fault it is. :frowning:

Thanks for raising this. The eWeLink service is currently unavailable. I have raised this to their support team and they’re investigating. I’ll let you know once it’s resolved.

For now, I’d suggest not modifying any impacted sequences. I expect once this is resolved they will just start working again.
