The scenario is as follows: I enter a floating-point number, and it tries to convert it to an integer. The device detects the error, sets itself to a 00°C setpoint, and then displays 0°C. I tried inputting it via Node-RED to see if it was a Cube Cast issue, but the same thing happens; it doesnât accept floating-point temperatures, it always has to be integers.
Besides that, it doesnât display the setpoint temperature, neither in automatic, no-frost, nor manual mode, and when I press the button on Cube Cast, the thermostat goes into hibernation mode (the deviceâs screen turns off).
I hope thatâs clear, best regards and thank you.

After consulting with engineers in the engineering department,
I received the following information: âThe step size controlled by the app is 1â,
while the step size controlled by the device is 0.5â.â
I hope this information is helpful.
Thanks so much for your precious time and kindness.
These two screenshot videos show the issues relating to setting TRVZB âBoostâ from a scene and CAST not showing correct information. Ticket ID256850 has been raised.
With the latest update, my RTSP camera isnât working. Iâve deleted it and re-linked it, but it wonât connect. Is anyone else experiencing this?
The best thing to say is if it indicates that it is online because it changes the access status on ihost, but it does not transmit video, on the contrary on eWelink it works on the camera perfectly.
Have you submitted any useful information (such as screenshots or system logs) through the feedback?
If so, please provide the corresponding ticket number. We will use the logs to identify the cause and resolve the issue.

We performed a preliminary analysis of the logs.
Could you delete the device with ID 23588a70-2a8a-495d-9ec1-daa4ed880778, then restart your iHost to see whether this resolves the issue?
We still need the system logs to identify the issue.
Please upload the relevant logs through the feedback and provide us with the corresponding ticket number, and we will diagnose the problem as soon as possible.
I removed the POWR320D device ( serial_number ":â23588a70-2a8a-495d-9ec1-daa4ed880778â,âthird_serial_numberâ:â1001d4cca1â) from the ewelink smart home add-on.
I restarted the ihost. The error was not fixed.
I removed all devices from the ewelink smart home add-on. I restarted the ihost. The error persists.
Then itâs not the device issue we initially suspected. Could you upload the latest logs to your existing ticket? Weâll review them to determine the actual cause of the problem.
Additionally, after upgrading to 2.8.0, did you add any new devices?
Or did all devices synced to the Matter platform immediately show as unsupported right after the 2.8.0 upgrade?
Weâve found it quite difficult to determine the root cause from the logs youâve provided so far. At this point, the fastest way to diagnose the issue is for you to back up your iHost and share the backup file with us. By restoring your environment on our side, we can pinpoint the problem directly.
You can rest assured that none of your iHostâs private information will be disclosed. The backup will be used solely for troubleshooting and for no other purpose.
If youâre uncomfortable with this approach, we can certainly continue exploring alternative methods to identify the issue.
The problem with the Matter Bridge appeared right after the v2.8.0 update. Devices kept appearing and disappearing.
The entire iHOST is offline in the SmartThings Hub, Matter, and Home Assistant.
I re-added the iHOST Matter Bridge to SmartThings. During pairing, the iHOST is displayed as an uncertified device.
