This is my indignation. When you have more than 20 devices at home itâs a pain to re-pair every time you update the system. Imagine this situation in a security system or medical equipments. How they can do software updates without mess all ? Sonoff could invest more in software testing.

Most likely that is why you receive new versions that are not officially published.

Thank you for let me know, had a discussion with our engineer and learned that not all of the Brands or Manufactures following the same âONâ/âOPENâ or âOFFâ/âCLOSEâ commands send to the device, so we are evaluating a âreverse toggleâ add to the control UI page as a work around.

But this does not seem to fix the issue of name loss. Or maybe it does but my issue then is different?
I have lost all my devices in Alexa twice already, now that Iâm on 1.13.0
It happens for no reason (no FW update, nor iHost reboot).
In Alexa, on the sudden, all devices disappear, and then reappear few minutes later, with their names changed to the original long string (device ID). And I have to re change them againâŚ
So just to make sure, the 1.13.0 is intended to fix those devices loss in Alexa, through Matter Bridge?

I tried several times to download the log using this:
But every time the download starts and get stuck to 0%
I checked if I had any popup blocker or antivirus whatsoever , but nothing like thatâŚ
So I do not know how to get that log file outâŚ
Try downloading with Chrono Download Manager disabled.

The original chrome download manager was flagging this download as unsecure and blocking it. But there was no mention of that in the Chrono download manager.

I could re-pair everything on Alexa, (Echo Studio) but I do not like the Alexa App⌠I prefer the Web server of the iHost
If you prefer iHost, then you have to live with it for now. I believe that some improvements and fixes are coming soon.
