Dear Team, I have some suggestions for devices that I’m missing and would like to see:

  1. SONOFF Orb Socket Smart European Wall Socket (WS01TPF-E), but in a Zigbee version

    Please let me know if you’re considering a Zigbee version

  2. I’d like to see a 4-channel SONOFF Zigbee switch with features similar to the 4CHPROR3 (it doesn’t need to have a 433 MHz remote control)
    The features that are important to me are dry contact, DC power, adjustable interlock mode, and inching mode. The design could be more compact than the 4CHPROR3—for example, something like this:

  3. Tank Water Level Sensor
    Most manufacturers produce ultrasonic level sensors. However, I’ve had very good results with the Hydrostatic Water Pressure Level Sensor:

    I know this is probably unrealistic, but I would welcome a device with an analog input (either voltage-based or directly for a 4–20 mA current loop). Application features:

  • calibration of the lower and upper water levels (and the ability to set the water volume)
  • The tank can have various shapes (such as a horizontal cylinder), and the increase in water volume may not be linear with respect to the level height; therefore, it would be ideal if the application allowed for some form of volume calibration based on level height (e.g., in 10% increments).

Excellent ideas, just not the right forum. eWeLink does not manufacture Sonoff‑brand devices. It develops the software that powers them.

According to the text on the screenshot you provided, this forum is presented as the suggestion box only because SONOFF never bothered to build an actual one.
Whether they genuinely care about hardware‑related posts here is anyone’s guess. Sometimes they reply, sometimes they vanish into the void. It’s like watching a weather forecast for Mars: technically interesting, but not something you’d plan your day around.
In theory, your question should be directed to SONOFF. In practice, I wouldn’t expect a binding answer. I believe that the current setup is simply too convenient: no dedicated forum to maintain, no structured feedback process to commit to, and a ready-made community (eWeLink) that can absorb all suggestions without SONOFF having to lift more than an eyebrow.

So yes - this forum is “the place”. Mostly because SONOFF decided that a borrowed living room is just as good as living in a house :slight_smile:

Sonoff are a weird company with a strange version of engagement with their customers. However we tend to want to help our fellow Sonoff sufferers. I think the ihost is the pinnacle of Sonoffitis! I would love ihost to work but I feel like alpha testers!
