Is this happening to anyone? Since they updated the Ewelink 5.0.1 version in all my GK 200MP cameras, and in all the Smartphones that share these cameras and with this version of Ewelink 5.0, the videos recorded on the SD card are seen the images but they have no sound when viewing them from the Ewelink App,? However, from another older smartphone with version 4.6.0, and on the SD itself from a computer, they can be seen and heard perfectly.
Who does the same thing happen to?
I just checked on Ewelink 5.0.1 (Android 13) and I have the same problem - no sound on the recording played from the SD card. Unfortunately, I can’t check on an older version.
I checked this morning and the videos did play with sound.

Parecen que han arreglado el sonido, ya se escucha lo grabado en la sd, pero tienen otro problema con la reproducción de lo grabado, cuando se vé la primera grabación esta es correcta , pero al pausarla o pasar a otra grabación, esta se rebobina a gran velocidad hacia los dos lados y hay que salir de la APP Ewelink y volver a entrar para que se quite, pero al volver hacerlo, vuelve a fallar, Cada vez funcionan peor, esto no pasaba en la versión anterior.
