[Official Announcement] TRV-ZBT (TRV Gen2) Firmware v1.1.0 Released – Zigbee Disconnection & Recalibration Issues Optimized

Thank you all for your valuable real-world feedback. We officially released firmware v1.1.0 on September 7 for the TRV-ZBT (TRV Gen2) thermostatic valve. This update addresses the Zigbee disconnection and automatic recalibration issues reported by some users, with targeted fixes to improve the device’s operational stability.

Update Instructions by Platform

  1. eWeLink App Users Open the eWeLink App, go to the settings page of your device. The OTA update will be detected and ready for installation directly.
  2. Home Assistant Users (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) Firmware v1.1.0 has now been merged into the official OTA repositories of Zigbee2MQTT (Z2M) and ZHA. Users with these Zigbee implementations can receive and install the update directly inside Home Assistant.

We suggest monitoring your device’s performance after upgrading. If you still encounter problems after the update, please post in this section, and we will follow up promptly.

Sonoff announces on October 23 the release of firmware that was officially made available on September 7.

In short, Sonoff could use a firmware update for its release calendar. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

We only recently confirmed the firmware has been fully merged into the Z2M and ZHA OTA repositories, which is why we are releasing this formal announcement now. We will adjust our process to improve this timing gap next time.

When will it be possible to see the actual status/percentage of the valve’s opening and closing in the app?

Isnt this one already available for around 1.5 month? At least my TRVs installed this FW on z2m already.
