Hi,

I have an issue with the zigbee network stability. Zigbee temperature sensors lost connection a daily basis, which were for months stable.

I have moved them close to the NSPP, reconnect them and place them back. After a few hours they have disconnected again.

I tried the Turbo mode of NSPP also, but without any success.

It is true, that the farthest devices are involved in this issue, but for months there was no such problem.

Could you please let me know the approximate distance between your Zigbee sub-device and NSPanel Pro? Are there any obstacles between them that might interfere with the signal?

If you move the device closer to NSPanel Pro, does the offline issue improve?

You can first check your NSPanel Pro firmware version (the latest version is currently 4.6.0). When the issue occurs again, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs and send me your device ID separately. I will help check whether it is caused by the distance/signal issue or an NSPanel Pro-related issue.

It is about 6m far from the NSPP, but it is an outdoor sensor.

Interestingly the zigbee thermometers have reconnected a few hours later.

I have a question that this v4.6 is supported the the wall socket WS01TPF-E?

And maybe do you have a list which Sonoff product is supported?

I asked about the list, as did others. The simple answer is that there is no up-to-date list, and the ones that do exist are not actual.

I have the same issue, post below says to include port number but my HA instance runs on port 80 so there is no change.

Share the device id with @Milk They have deployed an update (4.6.2) to my device and it fixed the issue.

Hi, sure. However, version 4.7.0 will be released today and includes the same fix, so it may replace the targeted 4.6.2 update. If version 4.7.0 becomes available, you can upgrade directly to the latest version. Thank you for your patience!
