NSPAnel Pro Thermostats + Auto Scene

Hello, I am using NS PAnel Pro with 4 temperature sensors, 4chr3 switch and SV switch. I implemented 4 thermostats and for actuator i use 4CHR3 smart switches. In the ewelink i implemented two Scene:

when at least one switches from 4CHR3 is ON SV switch chage to ON

when all switches from 4CHR3 are off SV swictch change to OFF.

All termostats on NS Panel Pro is working but the scenes are not activated. Do you have any iddea what should I do?

Main issue
You wrote that you want:

  • “when at least one of the 4CHR3 switches is ON → SV switch turns ON”
  • “when all are OFF → SV switch turns OFF”

But the screenshot shows that the scene is set to “IF all conditions are met,” which means it only triggers when all switches are ON. Therefore the scene won’t activate if only one of them is ON – and that’s exactly what you’re expecting, right?

What to do?

  • Change the condition logic from “IF all conditions are met” to “IF any condition is met” – meaning “if any of the switches is ON.”
  • For the OFF scene – keep “IF all conditions are met,” but set the conditions to “switch = OFF” for each of the 4 channels.
  • Make sure the SV switch isn’t being used in other scenes that might override its state.
  • Check that the SV switch is correctly added to the app and that there are no sync delays.

if you look better i choose the right conditions for both cases to trigger ON or OFF. I activeted manually every switch and in this case the scene is triggered. the issue is in other part. the change done by NS Panel Pro termostat does not trigger the scene.
