This is because a substantive discussion usually ends in silence on your part, with advice like “place a ticket” or promises about the future. It is only now that we have found out some of the truth when I have made you angry. Is it so difficult to admit your mistakes and your problems? Perhaps it is worth asking users for feedback and possible help?
I do not buy the various Sonoff devices out of chance. I buy them by choice. However, I would like users to be taken seriously. But what else is left but teasing when other attempts to draw attention to various problems fail? It is true that I have exaggerated at many points, for which I apologise.

As my reply to @ociepa.ekotox above, we haven’t turned a blind eye or refused to acknowledge our shortcomings. On the contrary, we believe that user complaints and constructive point out even criticism are indispensable driving forces for improving the eWeLink platform.
I’m not angry. I issue warnings because I don’t want to see inappropriate comments made in the heat of emotion causing confusion for other users, turning this place, which should be full of discussion and communication, into an emotional venting ground.
I truly wish we could have the opportunity to sit down, have a beer, and get to know each other. Of course, I could also share with you the various challenges of developing and maintaining an IoT platform.

I didn’t mean anything of the sort! But it is time to face reality. There are other forums whose users discuss Sonoff devices and the eWeLink platform. For reasons also known to you, many are not enthusiastic about them. They often use the term “crap” preceded by a geographical indication. In my opinion, unjustly so, although Sonoff/eWeLink have done a lot to make such opinions appear at all.
