I have 7 NSPanels Pro which turn to be offline in the eWeLink app together with all their child Zigbee devices. While the NSPanels themselves show as connected to the WiFi and the access points also list them as online.
This happens on a very random basis. Sometimes there is just one NSPanel Pro offline, the rest is OK, sometimes I find 4 out of 7 off. But once the NSPanel Pro shows offline in eWeLink, the only way to fix it is to reconnect from the access point admin or to restart all the access points. Restarting the NSPanel Pro itself doesn’t help.
- All NSPanels Pro are on the latest firmware 3.6.0
- Yes, all are connected to the 2.4 GHz WiFi network with WPA-2 only
- Yes, I set a static IP for all of them
- Yes, I locked them to the specific (closest) access point
None of the above helped. Everything is still very unstable.

Hi,
Unfortunately its a known issue. I have similar disconnection problems. Only fix is to set up a separate wifi network for the NSPanel pros. It does not work well on some wifi mesh systems.
I moved all my sub devices onto zigbee hubs instead and discontinued use of NSPanel Pro due to its instability.

I have a separate WiFi just for all IoT devices (I do not use mesh, I use 3 APs connected through a switch to a gateway). So do you think that if I create one other separate WiFi network for NSPanel Pro devices only, it will help? I’m not sure…
Hi chazzy,
It worked for me on one access point for 3 x NSPanelPros. They became stable after they were moved off the mesh. I didnt add any sub devices back to the NSPanel Pros though, kept subdevices on the zigbee bridge pro which is very stable, so just the NSPanel pros and no sub devices.
