NSPanel Pro Firmware 4.5.2 has been released!

Sadly my NsPanel Pro is still stuck at 4.0.1.2

My NS Panel Pro 120 is still at version 3.4.1, unortunately.

The Ns Panel Pro 120 even lost the reboot feature with this version.

Another problem is that both panels are on a remote site I rarely visit.

This raises an issue of whether all these features should or could be accessible remotely.

Devices running version 3.4.1 likely have not yet completed downloading the new firmware, which is why the current version is still shown as 3.4.1.

Version 4.0.12 is a critical release, and all devices are required to first upgrade to this version before receiving subsequent updates. However, this version does not currently support remote updating, so you will need to manually upgrade the device locally. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you mean that there is no reboot option in the app? This feature is only supported on devices running version 3.7.1 or later.

I have 2 Ns Panel Pro, one with the latest version and another with 4.4.0. In the latest version I cant connect to Home Assistant with HTTP… I get 403 error. With HTTPS is ok. But with the 4.4.0 version its all ok, connecting via HTTP.

Hi,

May I ask whether you are using Home Assistant installed from F-Droid, or accessing Home Assistant through a webpage by entering the URL?

Could you please record a video or provide screenshots showing the exact settings on both devices and the steps you are taking when the issue occurs? This will help us better understand the problem.

After recording the video, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs as soon as possible:
NSPanel Pro → Swipe down from the top of the screen → Settings → About → Submit Logs

Once the logs have been submitted, please send me your Device ID in a separate message.

Hi!

I installaed a Basic gen5 relay and I realised with regret that I can not add the switch to the ns panel Pro screen it says ‘not supported yet’. Is it true? It is very sad that this product released on September 2025 and still not supported. Or this is my fault with wrong settings?

Tanks in advance.

Br

Peter

I’m having an issue. After the update, i lost the pairing with a light switch. It’s a 6 switches zigbee device that now after I’ve reconnected it to the nspanel pro, it’s showing only 4 channels in the panel and ewelink. I don’t know what to do anymore. Already tried to reset the device and reconect multiple times, and it’s still only showing 4 channels instead of 6…

Hi, This device is not supported at the moment. I will forward your feedback to our team, and we will plan to add support for this device in an upcoming version. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience. Since logs are only kept for the last 2 days, the related logs may have been overwritten. Could you please re-add the sub-device and then submit the NSPanel Pro logs (Pull down the screen → Settings → About → Submit Logs)? I will check the cause ASAP.

I have an LED strip connected to WIFI. It turns on and off at random intervals, this problem always occurs when NSPP controls this strip. It never did this on iHosts. One time it randomly opened the main gate.

Hi, If this is a Wi-Fi LED strip, it should not be strongly related to NSPanel Pro. Could you please share the time when the issue occurred and the relevant logs with me? I will check whether it is related to NSPanel Pro.

I’ll try to track when he does it and then send the exact log.

Had similar problem with LED stripe, but it was caused by Scene Switch R5 and its miscommunication with NSPP. Solved by Milk.

Here’s the feedback submitted. Sorry for the delay, I’m in the middle of a renovation and needed to hookup the panel and the switch before sending the feedback

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. After verification, I can confirm that 6-gang Zigbee switches are not currently supported. As a result, the device was incorrectly mapped as a 4-gang switch.

Support for this device is planned for a future release. We will also try to purchase the same model for testing and development to ensure proper support in upcoming versions.

I’ll keep you updated as soon as there is any progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do you think ta generic 6 channel profile might be available already in the next update, or this might take a while???

It’s currently expected to be supported in the August release, but the timeline isn’t confirmed yet. I’ll verify it over the next few days and update you separately once I have confirmation.
