hi everyone I have a normal Nspanel and the pro one I’m trying to configure the thermostat in the pro but I don’t see the 1001e08eca product but the Nspanel pro doesn’t see this product in the configuration phase. I attach the photos the Nspanel pro sees me all the other devices except this one.
