Hi! After updating to firmware 4.3, all Remote devices have stopped working. More precisely, they only work when the screen on the NSPanel is turned on. What should I do? How can I fix this?
Hi, sorry about this issue. It has been fixed in version 4.4.0. You can use the beta tool to join the internal test and upgrade to the latest version.

Hi, I have an idea for an improvement. I have to switch screens in NSPP to turn on the device. And then I go back to the home screen. What if it returns to the home screen after a few seconds of inactivity? It shouldn’t do that when the cameras are on or a call is in progress.
This is a bit like how our phones work — if you stay on a certain screen without touching it, the screen will stay on and still show the last screen you visited. Could you share why you’d like to return to the home screen?
On the home screen I have gate openers, calls and alarms. Of course I want to give myself those functions too
