I’m experiencing an issue with my NSPanel Pro 120 and would like to know if anyone else has seen the same behavior or found a solution.
I use several SONOFF SNZB-04P Zigbee door/window sensors connected through a SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra, and my NSPanel Pro is configured only as a Zigbee repeater and display panel.
In previous firmware versions, whenever a window was opened, the corresponding icon on the NSPanel home screen would immediately change to an open yellow window icon, making it very easy to see which windows were open at a glance.
After updating the firmware, the panel still receives the sensor events correctly:
The event history shows the window opening and closing normally.
The sensors themselves are working properly.
Automations triggered by these sensors continue to work.
However, the home screen icons no longer update dynamically. All window sensors now permanently display the same closed icon regardless of their actual state.
My current software version is:
NSPanel Pro 120
App Version: V 4.6-460-460-1180
Has this feature been removed intentionally, or is this a bug introduced in recent firmware versions?
Is there any way to restore the previous behavior or force the panel to refresh the sensor state icons on the home screen?
I actually have both sensor models in my installation:
3x SNZB-04PR2
1x SNZB-04P
Unfortunately, none of them update their icons dynamically on the NSPanel home screen anymore.
The open/close events are still received correctly:
Event history updates immediately.
Automations work normally.
Device status in eWeLink is correct.
The only missing part is the visual indication on the NSPanel dashboard itself.
In previous firmware versions, opening a window immediately changed the icon to the yellow “open window” state, which was extremely useful.
Since another user with a very similar setup is still seeing the expected behavior, this looks more like a regression or synchronization issue affecting only some installations or migration paths after firmware updates.
Could the eWeLink team please investigate whether there is a cache issue, a dashboard refresh problem, or some hidden setting that controls dynamic sensor icons on the NSPanel home screen?
I would be happy to perform tests or provide additional information if needed.
Hi, I have confirmed that this issue is caused by ZBridgeU. It has already been fixed in the beta version.
If you haven’t received the new version yet, you can join the beta program from the app: App → ZBridgeU Settings → Beta Program, then update to the latest version and test again.
