My NSPanel is so slow and unstable I can’t use it. Even a simple dashboard with 4 buttons stops responding after a while and needs a reboot to work again for 10 minutes.

Place in an open space and not close to the computer screen
I asked to return the device.
I have 10 panels running the latest version as some do experience lagging and none responsiveness.
am hoping you can turn off lots of the new functionality that they are adding as I only use it for HA dashboards. 4.3 and 4.4 definitely buggy but hoping they fix over time.. as I have another 8 panels to add

May I ask if the slowness only occurs on the HomeAssistant page or if it affects all pages? If the issue arises, could you please submit the NSPanelPro logs promptly and send me the device ID separately? Of course, if you could also provide a video demonstration, that would be even better.
When device is unresponsive, it is completely. I only need it for HA. So support agreed for a return. Logs were already transfered.
Will search a different device.
I don’t understand that Sonoff makes so much advertisement about HA dashboard while impossible to use.
