Hi,

I noticed that the NSPanel Pro in your video is showing the LAN icon.

If the device is connected only to a local network without Internet access, you may not be able to delete sub-devices or add eWeLink Smart Home sub-devices. This is because the App needs an Internet connection to send messages to the NSPanel Pro and establish communication.

Could you please try again when the NSPanel Pro has Internet access and check whether the operation succeeds?

the lan control always on. i never turn off.
i actually having pr9blem with my zigbee sensor. it suddenly offline eventhough with new battery.

not sure it because of the latest update of nspanel software.

if i turn off lan contol, the nspanel status is offline (i am at home) in the app eventhough nspanel is not offlune. if i am not at home, nspanel status in the app became offline, eventhough i didnt turn off lan control

i have not touch any setting for a very long time

if i am looking at nspanel, somrtime notification appear as no motion detected eventhouh the status of densor in the app is shown as offline.

on nspanel, no sub device shown, eventhougjh on app 2 sub device registered (but offline)

Hi, If your phone and NSPanel Pro are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, the NSPanel Pro will appear online and display the LAN icon. Could you confirm whether the Wi-Fi connected to the NSPanel Pro has Internet access? Based on your description, it is very likely that the Wi-Fi network does not have external Internet connectivity. As a troubleshooting step, please try enabling a 2.4 GHz hotspot on your phone and connect the NSPanel Pro to that hotspot. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the current Wi-Fi network.

Also, have you tried power-cycling the NSPanel Pro (disconnecting the power and then reconnecting it)? If the issue still persists after trying the above steps, please contact me again. I will try deploying a newer test version specifically for your device. In that case, please send me your Device ID.

after i reboot the device, it work again. all sensors are detected and functioning
