NS Panel Outside Temp as a Scene Trigger?

Is it possible to use the outside temp on the orignal NS Panel as a scene trigger or is it just capable of using the inside temp for that?

Hey the original NSPanel can bind an external T&H sensor in the app and trigger scenes based on readings.
