We’ve identified that the issue occurs because this device must complete its upper- and lower-limit calibration before it can be used. Our current adaptation for this device does not yet include support for the limit-setting feature, so we need to add this capability in order to fully support the device.
Barring any unexpected changes, this enhancement will be developed and released in the next version.
No problem. Thanks for sorting this. The setting of the upper and lower limit I did locally at the blind. Is it not downloading them? I could maybe do it again and see if it is logged?
I’m not quite sure I understand your question — could you clarify it a bit?
Was thinking I could set the upper and lower limit again at the device and could send logs to see if they get downloaded if that’d be helpful. Can also set reverse and tilt/lower mode locally.
Based on our assessment, set the upper and lower limit at the device should make it wokring in iHost.
