I tried to make a flow with an external event (message from Telegram chat bot) to turn a switch on.
But when the event is triggered an error is shown “control-device: Failed. Please check Node configuration.”
I logged the error output from the control-device node and it is
{“payload”:{“error”:110006,“data”:{}},“_msgid”:“f3ce33be2296b37d”}
What am I doing wrong?
Info:
IHost firmware version: 1.10.0
I can send messages with sensor updates to telegram (same token used to get device updates and to control switches)
Same error after updating ewelink-smart-home 1.3.3.
And they started throwing me out of my ewelink-smart-home account.
What to do if you use several iHost?
Hi, aerograf.
The error appear only when you using node-red? Or you just control it from iHost web and it will fail, too?
The account of your ewelink-smart-home just log out after you fail to control your device? Did you log in your account in another iHost’s ewelink-smart-home? If you did, the other iHost’s ewelink-smart-home account will log out.
If you can send us your add-on log will be more helpful. Thanks.
Hello.
Error 110006 only in node-red when managing multi-channel devices.
Do ewelink-smart-home logs need to be sent from several iHosts?
Send to Feedback or post here?
Can you attach the node-red log?
Hi, aerograf. Here are some answer for your question.
Error 110006 only in node-red when managing multi-channel devices.
We will try to reproduce it.
Do ewelink-smart-home logs need to be sent from several iHosts?
Do you have more than one iHost? If so, you cannot log in with same eWeLink account to both of their smart-home add-on. The former account will be logged out. If you only have one add-on and it log out for no reason, please send the log file to us.
Send to Feedback or post here?
Download system log from setting page and add-on log from upper right corner of the add-on log page. Send them via feedback in the setting page will do.
Can you attach the node-red log?
If you mean how to download the add-on log, you can refer to previous answer.
Did you set your controle-device node with a multi-channel switch/plug and leave more than one channel to “Please select”? Can you try set all the channel to on/off and see if the control success?
Thanks for the answer.
I realized that, in my case, it is necessary to use several accounts.
I’ll sort this out.
Thanks for the fix, the rest works much better.
I tried different options, and it always gives error 110006.
And specifically with multi-channel wifi devices. There are no such problems with zigbee.
This error appeared after updating ewelink-smart-home to 1.3.3
known bug is that if you set your control-device with a multi-channel switch/plug and leave more than one channel to “Please select”, it will fail everytime. It will be fix soon.
Do you mean your problem is not this? If so, send us your add-on log( both node-red and smart home) and system log via feedback in setting page. Thanks.
That’s a bug we already know.
Once you set your multi-channel switch/plug with more than one channel set as “Please select”, it will result in control fail. Both eWeLink and Zigbee switch/plug.
We will fix it in recent version of node-red-contrib-ewelink-cube.
Any other problems occurs, please let us know.
Thanks for you feedback! Have a nice day!
