It would be great to have device types like water leak sensors, smoke/CO detectors, TVOC, and air quality sensors exposed via Matter Bridge.
This depends on the Matter protocol, not Sonoff.
Matter support this kind of devices.
Not all platforms have implemented matter 1.3 yet and not all types of devices listed in the matter specification are supported yet.
When it comes to device support, the smartthings platform is the most developed.
Of course, it will be nice if the ihost supports more devices.
I am waiting for the introduction of light intensity sensors to the ihost matter bridge.
