? My house has gone crazy

Here’s what I’d suggest:

  • Factory Reset the Device – Use the hardware button combo to wipe it clean.
  • Re-pair Close to the Coordinator – To minimize interference or weak signal issues during pairing.
  • Update Firmware – If there’s a newer, more stable firmware available, now’s the time to flash it.
  • Monitor – After reintegrating it, keep a close eye on your network for misbehavior.

Here is one of the answers from the support service. I didn’t know what the problem was, they determined what the matter was. The zb mini was somehow not working correctly, was giving some wrong commands. or something like that, which is what was causing the problems.

( Thank you for the information.

From the video, it appears that when you disconnected the ZBBridge-P with ID 10016b64a2, the issue was resolved — is that correct?

If so, we’ve reviewed the logs and noticed that the data from the device ZBMicro with ID a48009deb0 appears to be abnormal. Could you please try disconnecting this device as well and check whether the problem still occurs? )
