I have two homes on one account but in the process now to sell the one home. How do I transfer only one home to a new account(email address) without impacting the other home?

You need to delete the devices first, and add them to the eWeLink app when logging to the new account.
This is not an option after I have installed over 50 Sonoff devices. For half of the devices, the lamp or chandelier must be removed from the ceiling in order to add them to the new account.
