Mini Dim Zigbee (MINI-ZBDIM) not respond on HomeKit and Home Assistant

I connected everything as per the instructions and paired the MINI-ZBDIM device with the Zigbee Bridge Ultra without any problems. I can turn my LED strip (powered by a 200W dimmable power supply) on and off, and dim it perfectly using the eWeLink app.
The problem occurs when I want to use my device via Home Assistant or Apple Home. I can add both the MINI-ZBDIM and the Zigbee Bridge Ultra without any problems, but unfortunately they don’t respond to commands. I can see the consumption and absorption statistics, but I can’t turn my LED strip (powered by a 200W dimmable power supply) on, off, or dim it. The commands don’t respond on either Home Assistant or Apple Home.
I reset my devices to factory settings, deleted and re-added devices, updated the firmware on both devices, and rebooted my router, but I couldn’t resolve the issue.
I tried pairing other Zigbee devices using the Ultra Bridge, such as the ZBMicro, and it works perfectly on eWeLink, Home Assistant, and Apple Home. It seems to be an issue with the MINI-ZBDIM only.
