Matter pairing

Matter Devices are offline after successful pairing with Ewlink App . I can see them in the App, bat offline . If I try pairing with another Hub Matter (Aqara). the devices come online (between Aqara controls)

@KwayLi99 i suggest you do check from your side regarding ZBbridge-U , since it was announced as a matterhub I never success to see it as a hub for matter devices , did tried plugs and they were added successfully to the app but the matterhub never shows ZBbridge-U , the two only hubs can appear is NSPanel pro and any regular mobile with ewelink cast app acting as matter , even NSPanel isn’t stable as a hub and requires to be restarted from time to another

BTW, can you check if your -U device and Matter device are in the sam LAN network?

yes they are , thats the matter first basic requirements

by the way i got smartthings hub , zemismart hub , google and alexa hub , all are able to add the plug shown previously in screenshots , now the plug only connected with smartthings and coolkit
