Is there a way to turn off Zigbee radio?

Hi CUBE Team,

I am recently cleaning up Zigbee devices to get a cleaner radio environment for Wi-Fi and Thread. May I ask if it is possible/planned to toggle off Zigbee radio on iHost and Bridge-U (when there is no Zigbee device attached)? Or even better, repurpose it as a Thread router node.

This would be great ! I would ask for this feature on NSPanel too! I have both Dongle-M and the NSPanel in the same room, and would be great that i could switch off Zigbee radio on the NSPanel to clear interference.

Second this! Would be great to see SONOFF catch up with changing user setups.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion! We are very interested and would like to better understand your usage scenario and specific needs so that we can provide more accurate feedback to our product team for evaluation.

Could you please share the main reason you would like to disable the Zigbee radio? Is it to reduce interference on the 2.4GHz frequency band, for power consumption considerations, or for other reasons? Also, do you currently have any other Thread devices that need to be connected? Your feedback is very helpful to us. Thank you again for your support!

Hi,

It is to reduce interference. Physical resource of 2.4 GHz is limited and most of the channels are near the edge of full airtime for me.
