Hi, your best bet would have been the zigbee version as I mentionned, not the wifi. I have had success with brands other than Sonoff under zigbee in ewelink as the protocol is universal. Pls see my post on zigbee compatibility (for me at least) here:

Hi, I really like the idea of this little cheap device doing local scenes (no cloud). I bought it thinking “hey, zigbee is a standard !” but no, I can only pair with sonoff devices ?
