Hello All - I have a wifi switch 7-32v running 2 wires from NO and COM to a 433MHz remote control button terminals (remote is programmed to open my gate) I have set the wifi switch to 1 second inching. Inching operates fine BUT i think it is not sending a STRONG enough pulse to my remote as : 1] the gate does not open and 2] the LED on the remote only flickers for a millisecond - almost invisible to the eye.
Hey
How far is that remote from the switch? Do you have a specific model?
Et systems remote. Remote is next to switch. Other guys on the EWeLink Facebook group showed me pics of their setup and that works. Mine can’t. I’m doing something small wrong. Can’t understand. Can I send a pic of my setup from NO COM to the 2 points on remote

Hey
I reckon you can get better help contacting the manufacturer.
it’s just strange that his one works fine:
Try to mimic your wifi switch, pressing the remote control button for a second to see how does your garage door react. Sometimes when you long press a remote control it does not emit or perhaps your garage controler does not support the 1 second pressing. If that is the case you can set your switch to half a second inching via de app (not the 1 second inching from the card)
yes, i can mimic it just fine by touching the 2 wires… works 100% it DOES NOT work from the switch on inching 0.5 secs 1 sec 2 secs etc etc
just curious, why not connecting the wifi relay directly to the gate motor instead of remote button? maybe it doesnt have maual open pins available?
because the gate is far from the router - drops signal sometimes
Can not see your 4ch pro photo with enough detail, but seems you are connecting your wires to the COM + NC output, when you should connect them to the COM + NO (Normal Open) outputs. Could that be the issue?
