I'm having problems with feedback ticket numbers

I have had a few problems with thermo plugins recently and have submitted fault reports about them. Each one has been allocated a ‘ticket number’. I sometimes then get an email requesting more feedback (that I need to submit via the app because they want to access the logs). But this feedback then generates yet another ticket number instead of keeping the original ticket. I also find that the email they send me just asks for feedback - it would be useful if the email at least contained my original fault report so that I know what feedback they are asking for.

Or am I doing it all wrong?
