Ihost time to execute function

Hi guys, need some help I have an ihost which has been working fine and suddenly it’s now taking at least 30 seconds to action each part of the scene on local/cast

the scene says
turn on Glowplug
delay 10 seconds
turn off glowplug
turn on starter
delay 2 seconds
turn off starter

but in fact im getting at least a 30 second delay before switching each devise on

Would you like to help us do a simple problem positioning:

Try restarting your router - If this solves the problem, it may still be due to the router’s mDNS support compatibility and cache size.

If the reboot doesn’t work, it should have more to do with the programs ihost is running itself.
