Hello again

Does anyone have DETAILED instructions on, how to remove matter child devices from ihost and ewe link app? And yes I did delete matter app from ihost and child devices don’t remove.

Is the connection from iHost to NS Pro or from NS Pro to iHost?

you should remove matterbridge from ewelink app , this will remove all related matter devices , removing from ihost might keep some orphan matter devices stuck and if that happened you need to open ticket to solve it

As @tammeryousef said, the logic is the same as other Matter platforms:

Matter Bridge - iHost - creates a dynamic connection with your Matter platforms - in this case, eWeLink;

It syncs child devices with connected platforms automatically, and thus, you must remove the bridge rather than the child devices. If there are any devices you don’t want to be listed, just allocate them to a room like “unassigned”.
